In this required course, you will learn how to prevent and respond to abuse, neglect or exploitation of children and youth. This course includes acknowledgment of Compassion's Code of Conduct for Child and Youth Protection and Safeguarding.

the signs and symptoms of emotional abuse, educate the
audience on the long-term impacts of

strategies for intervention and
help learners identify local resources for
options for healing for victims.

The Child Protection: First Care After Trauma Training includes two computer-based courses and three live webinars. The webinars will be scheduled and hosted by staff in Compassion's National Offices. To receive certification for this training, learners will need to complete all training elements.
